YouTube vlogger Emman Nimedez was unstable and in critical condition. His girlfriend Peachy wrote an update via Nimedez’s Facebook page, Friday, August 14.
Nimedez revealed he diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a type of blood cancer, last May. He was under medication in and out of the hospital since then.
The young video creator transferred to the Intensive Care Unit ((ICU) last night due to kidney failure and blood complications.
“Sa mga nakakabasa po nito gusto ko lang po ipaalam na Dinala po sa ICU si Emman kagabi dahil po sa kidney failure and blood complication.”
Nimedez was unconscious and unresponsive around 10 pm when Peachy tried to wake him up. He hasn’t talked since last night.
“Nawalan po siya ng malay around 10pm, tinry ko po siyang gisingin pero di na po siya nagrerespond. Hindi pa namin siya nakausap since kagabi.”
Before he got transferred to ICU, he was communicating with his loved ones, and “Team Payaman” friends. Nimedez was listening and nodding while holding Peachy’s hands.
“Bago po siya pinasok sa ICU kausap po namin siya kasama ang team payaman at mahal nya sa buhay and alam kong naririnig nya yun dahil tumatango po sya at nakahawak ng mahigpit sa kamay ko.”
“Ngayon po ay critical condition nya at unstable.”, she shared.
Peachy is asking for help and support in any amount. It can be monetary or by sharing the news about Emman.
“Kailangan po namin ng suporta at tulong nyo ngayon malaki man o maliit ang halaga. Pera man o simpleng pag share lang ay malaking tulong na po yun para sa kay emman”
Emman will fight and win this battle with her, Peachy said.
“kitang kita ko na gusto nya po lumaban. Kasi everytime na sinasabe ko “lalaban tayo ha” tatango sya. Hinahawakan nya yung kamay ko ng mahigpit at alam ko na lalaban tayo na magkasama sa pagsubok na to.”
