Watch: Dimples Romana surprises longtime kasambahay with new home

Kapamilya actress Dimples Romana and her husband surprised their family’s 17-year household help with a brand new house, shared in the actress’ emotional vlog entry, Friday, October 16.

In the video, Dimples with husband Boyet Ahmee gifted their longtime “kasambahay” as a way to thank her for honesty and love in taking care of their family.

The surprise plan of the couple in the video started by tricking Ate Vi that they haven’t bought the property unit yet and they have a plan for it to be rented out. Then, they convinced her since she’s like family to them so they want to hear her honest opinion about the unit.

At one point, Ate Vi joked she fits in one of the two rooms upstairs, ”kasyang kasya ako dito”, she said.

Upon they entered the second room, Dimples and Boyet opened the revelation to Ate Vi.

Watch the fun and tear-jerking moments here:

The phrase ”Oo para sayo ito” spelled out using the balloons with life-size graphic standee of her surprised Ate Vi. She was even in disbelief while Dimples asked her if she liked the house.

Then she asked the couple, “para sa kin ba yan?”. Dimples answered her with a head nod signal of ‘Yes’.

The following moments left Ate Vi bursted in emotion.

Dimples and Boyet thought that it’s time to give back to Ate Vi for the 17-year of love, care, and sacrifice of being away from her family. Though they always thanked her but those are not just enough that’s why they gave her this surprise.

Dimples Romana shared on the description of the video, “Sa buhay natin, meron tayong mga kapamilya na maaring hindi natin kadugo na inaalagaan tayo, may malasakit sa atin, minamahal tayo ng higit pa sa mga pamilya nila. Si Ate V namin is one of our biggest blessings in life. Itinuring na nya kaming pamilya at pamilya na din namin sya. Kasama namin sya sa kalungkutan, kaguluhan, sa pagpupursigi at sa tagumpay.”
