A couple of days after she expressed her frustration over Converge, Liza Soberano shared her satisfaction with the new internet connection in their house, September 8.

On Twitter, the Kapamilya actress updated her fans that PLDT visited her home yesterday and installed an internet service plan with a whopping 300 MBPS speed.
“Okay so @pldt came to my house yesterday and hooked me up with the best internet I have ever experienced in my whole 5 years of living in this house. 300 MBPS. What a lifesaver. Lag? I don’t know her.” Liza wrote.
The Twitter account of PLDT Customer Care Service replied to her tweet, “Oh wow! Talk about speed. We’re so thrilled that you can now experience a lag-free internet connection at home, Liza! Welcome to the family! Should you need our online help, we’re just a message away!”.
The name of Liza immediately reached the Philippine trending topics of the night on Twitter, after her tweet of joy about having superb fast internet speed.
Twitter netizens expressed their reactions with “SANA ALL” on how PLDT gave an immediate solution to her problem over internet service.
One questioned PLDT, “ Why Liza gets favorable treatment the rest of us small customers are feeling the ineptness”.
“I have nothing against Liza but for sure kasi PLDT saw her tweets that greatly influence the company’s image that’s why they were quick to respond. I just wish it was the same for ordinary Filipinos having internet issues as well”, one Twitterzen shared her insights.
Liza retweeted a tweet wherein voicing out her dissatisfaction with one internet service provider should be an eye-opener to other companies.
“I wish telcos will learn something from this…mabilis na internet para sa lahat please”.
Most Filipinos would definitely agree on getting provided with faster internet. As most of the activities are done online amid the pandemic happening in the world.
