A transwoman filed a formal complaint against an elder woman called ’Aling Susan’ due to rude behavior in Antipolo City, November 5.
On Facebook, Alexis Hart Garcia posted about the incident of the rude behavior of ’Aling Susan’ toward her. Garcia included a couple of video clips of a heated argument with the elder and pictures of her while filing the complaint.
“Kahapon po November 5 papunta po akong SM Masinag para doon maglunch kasama ng partner ko nang iniskandalo po ako ni aling Susan na taga Maries Village 2 brgy Mayamot Antipolo City, kung saan doon din po ako nakatira.”
According to Garcia, the born again Christian woman always mock her every time she passed by in front of their house in Maries Village 2 Barangay Mayamot, Antipolo City.
”Madalas nya akong nililibak, kinukutya ang aking pagkatao, binabasa ng hose tuwing ngdidilig sya ng halaman pag akoy dumadaan at inaambahan na pupulot ng bato at ibabato sa akin sa tuwing dumadaan ako sa kalsadang harap ng bahay nila at dahil hindi naman ako sanay sa gulo at nandun parin ang respeto ko sa mga babae lalot may edad na lagi ko lng pinalalagpas at lagi akong nagtitimpi,” she said.
However, due to repeated bashing and bullying, Garcia confronted Aling Susan. More importantly, the woman threatened to shoot her. Aling Susan even said to Garcia that she no longer able to pass by because she owned the place.

In one of the videos, Aling Susan caught throwing a stone towards Garcia and repeatedly saying ’Bakla’. In the other clip, Aling Susan attacked her with a carton box while they were arguing.

Garcia filed a formal complaint against Aling Susan in their Barangay center with the help of her friend, Kagawad Kristine Ibardolaza.

Garcia is one of the founders of the Transpinay of Antipolo Organization (TAO). They aim to uplift the view of the lives of the LGBTQI community in Antipolo.
”Kung sa akin nga po nangyayari ang ganitong karahasan, paano pa kaya sa mga walang lakas ng loob na ipagtangol ang kanilang sarili!”, she asked.
Known LGBTQI personalities Kevin Balot and Juliana Parizcova shows support to Garcia. Moreover, her Facebook post has been shared more than 9 thousand times with 10 thousand reactions. Most of the commenters shared their support to Garcia and condemn the act and behavior of the elder woman.
